Community Center Meeting Room
The Community Center building has a large meeting room available to rent. Birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, graduation parties, anniversary parties, and family gatherings have all been hosted here. The room is ideal for multi-media presentations with lights that dim and a large screen. Internet Wi-Fi connection is available and included. Temporary data connection is available upon request to accommodate credit card purchases or other transactions. The room also includes a counter with sink area for serving refreshments etc. Tables and chairs are included. Contact the Marketing Director for more information.
The Expo Hall, located in the Community Center can be rented for large events such as wedding receptions, large banquets, annual meetings and trade shows. It has a kitchen attached. Our kitchen is equipped with convection oven, large fridges and freezers to store food. Huge counter space and commercial sized gas oven and burners to cook on. The 4-H Park has a lovely quiet wooded setting for outdoor weddings. We have multiple beautiful areas for outdoor pictures including but not limited to: gazebo, rustic log cabin, barns and whatever your mind can imagine
The Quonset Building is available for rent. It is typically rented for garage sales from April to October and winter storage from October to April. It can also be used for family reunions, graduation open houses, birthday parties or auctions. Contact the Marketing Director for more information.
Winter storage for cars, boats, motorcycles, horse trailers and RV’s is available at the 4-H Park during the winter season. For an application and details contact the Marketing Director for more information.
The horse arena and barn can be rented for horse shows. Their is a make up arena just west of the entry booth. Tractor with grader is included. We have 72 covered box stalls available. Timer and PA available. Their is a cook house close to arena. Cook house can be rented for your use or contact marketing director ahead of time to see about one of our local 4h clubs supplying concessions for purchase during your event. We have plenty of shady electrical camping sites available to rent as well. New bathroom facility close to arena with showers. The 4-H Association also hosts events in the arena. The Wells County 4-H Association does offer camping at the park. We have plenty of shady spots available with electrical hook-up. However, there is no sewage dump on site. Their are water spigots through out the park that can be used in conjunction with a hose to fill campers as needed. Contact the Marketing Director for more information.
