What are the hours the Community Center can be rented?
If you are renting the Expo Hall, you can come as early as 6am on the day of your event. You must end the event by midnight and have everything cleaned up and vacate the facility by 1am.

If you are renting the Meeting Room(s), you can rent it for 5 hours or we do have an all day rate.

Are we allowed to have alcohol for our event?
Yes, alcoholic beverages are permitted in Community Center but must be served by a licensed caterer.

Do you have a licensed caterer at your facility?
We do not staff a caterer. You can hire your own caterer or bring in your own food service. We do have a list of caterer’s that have been to our facility and we would be happy to share their names with you.

What is the cost of linens/napkins? And, what colors do you have?
We rent linens to you at $4.00 per table and napkins are $0.30 each. We have a variety of colors on a color chart that you can choose from. Click here to go to our Planning an Event page to view the colors.

We do not allow outside linens to be brought in. The only other alternative is you could bring in plastic or paper to cover the tables. White Table Skirting is also available.
